This spring, our users showed up on G2. Thanks to their reviews and feedback, Pandium was recognized by G2 across multiple categories, earning badges that reflect not just the product we’ve built, but the relationships we’ve built with the teams using it every day.

High Performer Badges, Category: Embedded Integration Platforms & iPaaS

We were recognized as a High Performer in both the Embedded Integration Platforms and iPaaS categories. These recognitions are based on user ratings in the G2 Grid® Reports, which assess products based on customer satisfaction and market presence.

High Performers typically have strong satisfaction scores even if they’re earlier in market presence, making this a meaningful signal from our users that the experience of building with Pandium delivers real value.

Best Support Badges, Category: iPaaS (Mid-Market) & Embedded Integration Platforms

We also earned Best Support in two Relationship Indexes:

  • Mid-Market Relationship Index for iPaaS
  • Relationship Index for Embedded Integration Platforms

This index focuses on how well software providers serve their customers across several dimensions. The Relationship Score, and this badge, are calculated from our users' responses to questions like:

Users Love Us Badge

To get the Users Love Us badge, your product has to consistently recieve high customer satisfaction ratings across G2’s core scoring categories. Earning this badge is a reflection of our users' long-term user happiness with our platform, spanning product, service, and outcomes. We’re proud to see it come through in this quarter’s report!

As one of the few (if not the only) integration platforms on these lists driven by a code-first philosophy, it’s encouraging (and honestly pretty cool) to see that approach resonating with the teams we’ve been supporting.
